Select the “Add meal by photo” option. Point the camera at your dish and take a photo — the app will automatically estimate the calories. If needed, you can edit the meal manually afterward.

Select the “Add meal by barcode” option and scan the product’s packaging. The app will automatically find the product in the database and add it with accurate calorie information.

Select the “Add meal manually” option. Enter the name of the dish or product and input the calories/macros yourself. The meal will be saved to your diary.
